I made the appointment with Annabelle to come and look at a townhome I had just purchased. She was prompt and took her time to go over everything I wanted done. This was to be an entire 1566 Sq Ft house move in cleaning after it was fully painted and new floors were installed along with some other construction being done. I hired Simplified Living Home Services for a one time move out cleaning. They did a beautiful job in the amount of time estimated for a very reasonable price. They did so well that I have Annabelle coming to bid cleaning at my new home. I would highly recomend them.
