I entrusted my Airbnb to Simplified Living while I was on vacation. Annabelle, the owner made sure to stop by the unit before my trip to personally ensure her understanding of my expectations. Her team followed my written instructions to the letter, including how to handle the linens for my incoming guests and where to leave the keys. Oh my gosh, Annabelle and her team were incredible. I am always a little self conscious about my housekeeping abilities, but these girls made me feel totally comfortable and did an AMAZING job ridding my bathrooms of scum and my kitchen of grease. They are like wizards or something. They do require you to have some cleaning materials in the house (vacuum, cleaners, magic erasers, cloths, etc.) but they also bring some crazy magic product that got all of the gunk off of my stove grates and lighting fixtures. The young ladies who showed up for my initial deep cleaning were on time, prepared, and well-trained. My house was spotless when they were done. I look forward, now, to twice-a-month cleanings. Annabelle is a delight to work with; I'd recommend this firm to everyone.

Our house was a disaster-two dogs, one cat and two people with mobility issues so we can't clean very well. Annabelle called me within minutes of my search on home advisor. She came over the next day to give me a cleaning estimate. Annabelle and 2 of her staff were here for 5 hours giving a thorough scrub down on everything.
