Live here 2+ years now, they have grown money hungry searching for things to charge residents with. Thinking they have a captive customer base that can't escape them. They police your vehicle's condition more closely than any police officer would ever do and threaten to tow you without verbal warning, but by sticking irremovable stickers on your vehicle. These people are trash! They are so inhumane and don't care about people at all. I have been calling for weeks to get an issue resolved and they have yet to call back. We went without hot water for 5 days! They don't want to compensate us at all. But you simply can't answer the phone or give a callback? Trash!! Don't move here. Worst company ever!

Palms at countryside in Clearwater, fl is threatening to send us to collections for ending our lease. Our lease states if we give 60 days notice, which we did, we do not owe anything. They sent us an old lease that states if we terminate early we owe early termination fees. We renewed and signed a new lease, that states we only give 60 days. I have tried to renew my lease on their website twice and it will not allow my mother to sign. I have requested a paper lease to sign and have never received any assistance. I received a new vehicle and requested information about adding my car to my residence so that it would not get towed. I didn't receive the information until after they had my vehicle towed. Beware of this company!

I moved out of Chatham courts and Reflections May 8 2022 and have and refund of $271.68, they told me I will receive it 30 days from the day I moved out. I followed up July and they told me the check was on my way. August came NO CHECK arrived. September came NO CHECK for refund arrived. I am a resident at mercer crossing and recently this complex has been the victim to several criminal acts due NO SECURITY on the premises. The only "cameras" (because I have never seen any) are supposedly at the leasing office. I have had property as well as my car stolen in a place where I pay thousands of dollars to live. hi im a former resident of the ************** Apartments, my recent lease specifically was with valiant residential and the complex was ******** Apartments. ive been leasing with DSA for 3 years. ive renewed and transferred complexes with them throughout that time. and ive never had an issue with any of my documents. this year I leased with ******** and my lease term was set to be over July 31st, 2022. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am so upset with how my friend and I were treated. I called to get/give information not knowing they weren't affiliated with the apt my friend rented. Anyhow, I spoke with a girl named Kaylee and she didn't even let me talk. She thought I was someone else which didn't matter because that still didn't give her the right to be ugly.
