I am extremely frustrated with the lack of responses on the numerous emails I have sent. I moved out on 24 June, and I am still getting bills. I just got yet another bill this one for $27.71 for utilities. This is in addition to the one I got for the electric. However, what I still have not gotten is my refund of a $150 security deposit or the prorated amount that I overpaid for June's rent. I paid $1,032.95 on June 2 and moved out on 24 June, which should mean a refund of $206.59 for a total of $356.59. I need the refund fo... read more

I am very disappointed with the new management, there is abuse on the charges for the utilities, I have try to reach them through the website, no one has ever contacted me with any answers in regards of the problem. I also went to the office before all the COVID19 started, I was told someone will call me since they were investigating on that utilities charges problem, but nobody reach back to me.

When I moved into the property in which I live, it was managed by Lincoln Property Company. A few months later I received a promotion at work, that would require me to transfer out of state. I discussed this with the property manager and was congratulated. I've lived here since late October 2018. My experience has been poor to say the least. - 1st it's very sketchy that they have no sample apartments to show before you put a nonrefundable deposit down to hold the next available apartment. - Once moved in you will find that the staff here will lie & deceive residents around every corner. They say just what's needed to get you out of their office with little to no follow through. You have to chase them to get things fixed. - Washer and dryer rooms are not secure. They have major pest issues, and they need to fix this asap. No matter how many times I call, or how many times they come out to "fix" the problem, the problem continues for over a year. They desperately need to fix this, now. I would like to continue to stay, and other than the major issues with cochroaches, which is disgusting and I should not be seeing for a 1000 a month, I love the place.

I started working for this company on May,XX XXXX as a property manager they took over in Grand Prairie Texas.Upon starting my new job there was very poor structure, no organizal skills, no training provided, and o support. So basically I was just thrown in with no instructions or leadership. I have been a resident at Mercer Crossing since July 2017. Since then, new management has taken over and to this day, we hear the same excuse, "We don't know exactly what resident is assigned to what...we are still trying to clean up prior management's mess." It's been a year since this new management has taken over and it's quite disappointing to see no changes, no organization, and to hear this same excuse. I've lived at the Boulders Apartments for almost 5 years until this last group SIMC took over. These new complex manager are very disrespectful of the residents . I know a good numbuer of other resident and talk to most weekly.We all have the same story to tell. We have seen at least 4 different teams come in and out but, these ladles are not what I would call managers on any level.
