Received a Traeger Grill that was damaged - asked if they would reduce price rather than ship back treated rudely when I was trying to solve a problem. I will never purchase anything from QVC again - buyer beware!

April 23rd was my 26th anniversary...Got a $100.00 gift card to Olive Garden for $82.00 Earned IBV, Cash Back and got a bottle of bubbly for the difference. Who does this? Who pays you to shop?

Worst e-commerce platform ever !! After numerous emails, replied still checking from warehouse . When asked for refund, you want to charge me 10% processing fee. Other than receiving my full payment, what process you have done so far to charge your customer processing fee.
