The worst experience ever. If there was a negative option of stars the page would be full of them. I took my car in for a diagnostic test only to leave with my car being damaged by their employees and Shockley refused to claim responsibility. Shockley Honda was exceptional. I showed interest online for a 2015 civic si. Within a day, Jaimin Parikh contacted me to stop by. He allowed me to test drive the si as well as give me a detailed explanation of all the specifications and technology in the car. He was friendly and helped me meet my budget.
