Bought my 4th Honda and 1st time at Shockley. I would do it again because the salesman Scott was Great! He was helpful, patient & kind, unlike some places. I also get my service performed there and every time he sees me in the waiting area he come over to say hi and check on the family. Keep up the good work.

Shockley Founder, in my opinion, is an phony, with no moral grounding. As personal experience dictates. He will take what is not his due, to an error and not -"0" and when confronted refuse to return it. The worst kind of person who shows to the public a distinguished facade, while lurking to cause undo harm to other automotive executives and one of the few, that has given the automotive industry an undeserved reputation. Bought one Civic there a while back. Went to trade her in for a CRV and was given the speech how Shockley doesn't feel the need to deal because they are Hondas. Hagerstown dealt, and got my business. Will always stay with Honda but would never Consider Shockley again.

Do your homework and then call Chapin. He will take care of you. We just got a great price on a new pilot and the team at Shockley took care of us. In and out in the car we wanted. No b.s.. highly recommend.
I just came home with my new 2015 Accord, and I have to say that this was the simplest, most pleasant car purchase experience I have ever had.
