Recently purcased our fifth car from Shockley. Jennifer Vance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process as painless as buying a car can be. Shortly after the sale, she contacted us to answer any questions and quickly fixed a very minute issue that we had. We found the price that we paid for our new (to us) car to be very reasonable based on the current market. We are happy with our purchase and will head back to Shockley when the next car dies!
We purchased a used CRV last weekend from Shockley. Our sales girl was AMAZING, caring and very personable. She went above and beyond to help us with our purchase even before we met her or got to the dealership. She used her personal phone and took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to us, she followed up with us before and after!!! Alma was truly AMAZING she is a gem to have as an employee and a salesperson. She is defentinalety an employee to be proud of!!!
