My salesperson was Lloyd Scott and he did a terrific job throughout the trade-in process and sale of a brand new civic.
This dealership is terrible. Sales department is nice enough, but the service department is terrible. They wanted us to put $2500 into an older Honda Fit and after my husband challenged them they started backpedaling saying that technically we could do a lot less and keep the car on the road. Why would anyone recommend putting that much into an older car thats only worth a small amount of money. We will not go back.
This is an exceptional dealership. It feels solid and real, not slick and superficial. I have been using Shockley Service for years, and am incredibly pleased. Noticed my wife's tire was leaking air at 8pm. Dropped by and they out then spare on for me quick. The customer service by the service department is amazing. The way made a customer for life!!!!!
I had to take my Element in for the air bag fix. I was in and out in an hour, and they washed my car. Everyone I had contact with was great. This wasn't the dealership I bought my car from, but they couldn't have been nicer. When it's time for a new car, I will definitely go see them.
If it were not for Scott taking over my sale I would've left Shockley. He was very pleasant and easy to work with, knowledgable about the cars and understanding of my wants! I think they made a mistake when they picked their sales manager, because I think Scott would've been a great candidate. All that said I love my new accord And I'm glad in the end I stayed with Shockley!
My wife and I knew what we wanted when we walked in and was done in literally 1 hr. And that included us doing a test drive and getting lunch. Awesome service, friendly atmosphere and very nice facility. Scott Murray was our rep and went above and beyond for us. Thanks guys.
Last week I bought a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L and absolutely love it! I worked with Thomas Barker and Justin Todd and have nothing but great things to say about them, and Shockley as a whole. Every time I called to ask a question or make sure everything was set for my arrival everyone was extremely nice! The paperwork was ready when I got there and was in and out in about 2 hours!
