Bryson Bentz was very helpful and friendly during the entire sales process. I would recommend asking for him if you're interesting in purchasing a Honda vehicle.
Purchased a used Odyssey Van on 8/12/16. Van broke down and needed repair on 9/25/16. Contacted the dealership and spoke to the used car manager for some help with the repairs. He was very matter of fact, and said since the 30 day, 1,000 mile warranty had expired it was not his problem. He would not consider any assistance with the repair, so I ended up taking my van to Triangle Honda where I had to spend $1595.98 for repairs. We bought a Honda Accord this weekend from Shockley Honda. Our salesman was Xavier McQuiston and he did an incredible job. He stayed late Friday night to allow us to test drive a couple cars. We were there past the closing time of the dealership and he did a wonderful job answering all of our questions. For the financing we had a pretty good pre-approved rate with our bank and they were able to get us an even better rate with their financing.
