Got a brand new car, hassle free! Missy and her associate were exceptional! Missy knew the exact type of car for my wife and I with only a brief description. Missy, Alice, Krystal, and Phil were all polite, thoughtful, and realistic. All four of them gave us honest and sincere recomendations. We got a brand new 2016 Honda HRV; the right side and style for us. I would recommend Shockley Honda to any one that asks where to get the right car for their family & money!

Purchasing my vehicle was not to hard but came to dealership to get my first oil change and even with appointment which I arrived 30 minutes earlier I had to wait almost 2 hours

Maurice Summers is a remarkable person, and a total credit to your business! I am by no means "mechanically inclined", so when my car started acting funny, I brought it in to have it looked at. Maurice took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Never once did he treat me like an idiot or talk down to me (as some service advisors have done in the past). If everyone at Shockley is as courteous and professional as Maurice, I will definitely be bringing more of business here.
