I just bought a Honda CRV SE 2016. I originally wanted at CRV LE but after seeing the advantages of the SE I was sold. Xavier & Alex were super nice & informative during the test drive and buying experience. The buying experience once the price has been negotiated was super easy. Sign here, sign here, etc. etc. Once all the paper work was complete a nice girl (name unknown) walked me through setting up my car correctly & I drove away. Easy, breezy, beautiful!
I am on the road most of the year and my wife is home. When it came time to buy a new cr-v Bryson was able to facilitate a very smooth buying process without me there. Highly recommend this dealership. No pressure sales tactics. The best car buying experience we have had. Next time we need to purchase a car we will be coming back.
I bought a vehicle from shockley Honda a few years back and had the best dealership experience. I went last year to another dealership closer to home. Big mistake. I will from now on drive the extra miles to Shockley! Thank you for being honest and easy to deal with and keeping you service area spotless. It shows you take pride in your work and care about your customers.
A little overdue, but I had a great experience with Bryson Bentz buying a previously owned GMC truck at Shockley Honda. We exchanged emails confirming a few details about the truck before I went up since it's about an hour away and then I went up the following day. I never felt pressured in any way and once I made my decision, getting the sale done couldn't have gone smoother.

On December 5th, I bought a 2016 Honda Touring CR-V. Alex Ferguson was my Sales Consultant. Alex was absolutely amazing! He went above & beyond helping me make the best selection for me. I had no transportation to get to Shockley Honda, so Alex came to my home to pick me up. He drove 1 of the CR-Vs that I was interested in & showed me the features right in my own driveway! My daughter experience within this shady company.... What a joke this place is!!! Gave me approval SEVERAL times on the phone, drove 7 hours, and then they denied me. They get you there in an attempt to force you to give them more than agreed and approved on. I would suggest going to any other dealership anywhere !!!! Do not fall for my mistake!!!!
