I didn't purchase a vehicle from Shockley Honda but Alma Aguirre was the most energetic and outgoing car sales rep I've dealt with on my car buying experience. For a newly hired rep she was able to explain a lot of feature of the vechiles and was very personable to me and my family. Alma wasnt harrassing after we left the dealership and when i needed more info she didn't hesitate to get me the info. If it was up to a sales rep selling me a car I would've bought a Honda. Scott Murray helped my son get an affordable car today. He worked with us on getting a depenable car that was in my son's price range. He was very nice to my family and it was a great experience shopping with him. Never been treated that well anywhere else. Would highly recommend him and Shockley Honda. Everyone we met there was nice as could be a great place very friendly.

We bought a car and a van from TJ Troutman, salesman at Shockley Honda in May 2014. We were very pleased with TJ as our salesman, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we purchases. Took time with us to learn all the functions. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Would deal with TJ on our next car purchase.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and the overall experience was fantastic! The customer service was great and vehicle pricing is very reasonable. If you are looking to trade in a car this is the place to go! They gave me a generous allowance for my vehicle in comparsion to other local dealerships. In addition, the vehicle warranties they offer on used cars, and I can infer new, are unmatchable. Ask fot TJ! TJ Troutman was great. He answered all of my questions, was very informative and thorough. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right away which was nice. He took the time and was very patient in helping me make the perfect choice. He sold me a Civic and it's a great car!

I bought a cobalt ss with 43,000 miles on it and the second day i had it, a low coolant light came on...replaced thw lpw coolant with dexcool and long story short ten days later the engine went out and it has a cracked block or a cracked head..was told to take it to a licensed dealer so i took it to a chevy dealer and they said i need a new motor and turbo which will cost $9,000 ...but of course shockley honda refuses to fix it and will not return any phone calls, even though it happend 10 days after i bought it, it also cam... read more

As stated by another, I would give this place no stars if I could. I was all set to buy a CR-V in full and was waiting for a recall to be fixed. They had my name and number and I was expecting a call when it was fixed. Turns out they sold it to someone else in the mean time. These people really need to get it together. I work in customer service and I would never treat a guest this way. What a shame.
