Shockley will charge you $105 to tell you what it's wrong but won't fix it. I just want it to let everyone know out there.

If there was an option I would give no stars. Absolute worst experience ever. Pay a down payment on a van we wanted with all the bells and whistles only to be told later they had previously sold it!!! So to compensate they offer an older model with no featured at the same price!!! They still have my down payment as well (for more than a week). I will let everyone in the 4 state region know this is the wrong place to deal with.

Sales process was super. Advantage plus gives 3 free oil changes, etc. Brought my vehicle in for my an oil change at 15,000 miles and the bill is still almost $400. How can a service bill minus the oil change be so high after only 15,000 miles?? I may have to rethink the whole lifetime engine warranty thing and take my vehicle to my regular mechanic for maintenance if I get slammed with high bills every time I bring it in for an oil change. Sounds like the plus service does you no good. Is this false advertising??
