Verified Renter Things constantly breaking in apartment maintenance only does bandaid fixes. Parking is horrible. Some neighbors not the cleanest. Not enough dumpsters for trash it starts to become an eye sore when overflow happens

Verified Renter Apartments are old and not insulated properly. Windows/walls leak air, very cold during winter. Parking lots and roads are falling apart and parking lines can barely be seen. Recent snow storm was not handled well at all and residents were told the failing of the plow company to properly plow the roads and covering/blocking in cars was our problem. Many sidewalks have not been cleared. There is a reason these apartments are cheaper than some in the surrounding area.

Verified Renter Great neighborhood but maintenance isn't all the best. Replaced garbage disposal and now I have roaches. Asked for living light to be replaced and never got done. Balcony screen door broke months ago. Repair came out and said he fixed it.. Went to open and the door fall straight off. I like the no a signed parking but people who pay extra for the parking spaces still park in none a signed spaces. Verified Renter I have lived here for 2 years now. Really nice place to live. The staff in the office are great and so are the maintenance guys. Just two complaints that needs to be addressed. The company that takes care of the grounds have been slacking off lately. If you go for a walk, there are broken tree branches all over the place.
