Verified Renter I really enjoy living here in sherwood crossing! I love the amenities such as the 24/7 gym, volleyball, and tennis courts. Very chill area surrounded by a lot of my favorite food places and stores.

Verified Renter The community is fairly quiet. Office staff is very nice. I wish there were more than 2 dumpsters and that they cracked down more on keeping that area more organized sometimes it’s an eye sore from trash being thrown literally everywhere. Maintenance team could respond a little faster and the valet trash service never picks up your trash in the hours we were told they would upon move in and this service costs extra. Also wish there was more parking instead of having to pay for a carport

Verified Renter Quiet community, well kept and the staff is great. Very convenient to all major highways, grocery stores and malls. Only complaint is when neighbors throw parties.
Verified Renter Everything looks good so far. I had a little bit issue regarding my restroom water leaking while we moved in. No negative comments from my side. Neighborhood looks quiet, peaceful and safe.Its hard to find parking if you come late at night. If you can get a hut for your car, then your safe.
Verified Renter It’s fine until I put a service requests and it takes ages for the issue to be resolved. They won’t answer if they don’t feel like answering. Neighbors are good people for the most part and summers are really nice with neighbors walking their dogs / running and kids just playing around.

Verified Renter DO NOT LIVE HERE! My apartment had still not been cleaned when I received the keys on my move in date. There was dirty underwear left behind and dust coating the floors and counters. The leasing staff does not pick up the phone unless you call them incessantly and even then they are completely useless and fail to resolve issues. Verified Renter I’m going on my third year. I still love it here. The neighborhood is great. It’s peaceful especially at night. The location is the best. I am close to everything Walmart target BJ Sam’s Club. Everything is near by and there’s so much to do.
