Verified Renter The apartments are nice, but not well sealed. Expect to pay more in electric due to heating and air conditioning. Ample parking, which is nice, but be aware that the place is kind of a maze and the roads are tight, so when delivery people (which there are many) stop in the road to drop something off, access can be tricky. Package theft is a problem here! Leasing office does very little to address this. Be aware that you'll be paying 25 a month for trash service for what they call a "trash butler". Verified Renter Packages are being lost. The apartment complex company should take some security measures. Rest everything is good. Rent is a bit expensive. It increases every year drastically.
