Verified Renter Overall, I really enjoy living at Sherwood. However I feel there is not enough lighting in the neighborhood. I also wish the washer was larger. Love the pool! Staff is friendly & maintenance is very responsive.

The community feels like home, peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, strong and welcoming community, helpful and approachable office staff, skilled and efficient maintenance team. Suggestion for improvement: Implement a military discount to attract more service members and show appreciation.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here for going on my 3rd year, and while there are a few positive aspects, my overall experience has been underwhelming. The location is convenient and close to the shopping centers, airport, etc . Noise level is pretty good, mostly quite outside and the grass is kept cut and clean. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests. No matter if it’s an emergency or not. The cleanliness of common areas (like hallways or trash areas) could definitely be improved. Verified Renter Great place to live. Nice park setting. The property is large so there is plenty of room to take a nice walk. The gym is nice as well as the volleyball court and tennis court. The pool is a nice touch also
Verified Renter There is always parking problem near to apartment and park and walk all the way near the office. Which is annoying and frustrating. Another thing is when you walk for a stretch, there is no bench to sit down and calm down for a minute.
