Verified Renter Community is quiet mostly. Valet trash isn’t very timely about coming to pick up trash and sometimes the bags fall off their truck and they leave them thus making the community look dirty. The gym always has the code changed because people let non residents in and the equipment is broken for long periods of time without being fixed. Maintenance is good about taking care of things that need to be fixed..

Verified Renter Generally nice area to be. I have been lucky in not having issues with the neighbors. The ability to put work orders in through an app is convenient, but the team and office people aren’t always the best communicators. If you are not there speaking to them you won’t know what went wrong or what was fixed. Office has gotten better about messages to the community.

Verified Renter Living here is ok. The community is quiet and nice but upon move in there was so much wrong with my place and it took over a month for someone to come and fix things.

Verified Renter My apartment is nice and we have decent parking. There are nice amenities workout room, tennis courts, club house, and an outside pool. The only issues I have is that when I have to put in a work ticket sometimes the app doesnt work and it crashes and that goes as well with paying the rent. Which has Caused late fees. Unfortunately!

Verified Renter Overall very nice neighbors and the development is generally quiet. Having your trash picked up at your door is convenient. The landscaping is done on a very frequent schedule.
