Verified Renter The location is great for this apartment but upon move in there were several things broken in the unit. Some very small minor things. We've had leaks from the ac and recently there was water damage from power washing that got into our unit and it was fixed with what looked like spray paint on the ceilings to cover the water spots. It's little things like this than impact the living experience. I will say the community is nice.
