Verified Renter Normally pretty quiet, but often times, there are teenagers running up the steps and running in the hallway. The hallways definitely need to be cleaned and remodeled. Property also needs electric car charging stations. Other than that, pretty decent.

Verified Renter Moved in December 2023 and loving it so far. Only issue so far are kids stealing packages but I addressed it with my ring camera and it hasn’t happened since.
