Verified Renter The people they hire to do maintenance are some of the laziest people, nothing is ever actually fixed - the trash never gets picked up on time or not at all. The vents constantly get clogged up to the point that the ceiling has fuzz everywhere and they refuse to do anything

Verified Renter Neighborhood is great. Maintenance staff is reliable management cares. Neighbors are good. Parking not horrible. I do think they should add some sort of security due to car theft and break ins.

Verified Renter I’ve been here almost 5 years and I still like it. I love the convenience to all the stores and restaurants. I just wish they would resurface the parking lot.

Verified Renter Living at Sherwood Crossing has been a joy. I am comfortable, I feel safe walking throughout the community. There is an overwhelming since of neighborly caring and concern. I enjoy everything about the Community, the Leasing Staff, and Maintenance Staff, and what learn about the Property Management.Staff.

Been here for 2 years, only complaint is that some of the units have popcorn ceilings and walls, so you’ll have to directly ask that you aren’t getting a unit with these wall textures , otherwise it’ll be a surprise for move in day.
