Steven was right on time for the appointment, provided me with little tips to improve the house, like insulating the copper pipes and how often to have the central air inspected. He did a thorough home inspection and pest inspection and was done in a little over an hour!! Definitely recommend!!

Steve was extremely thorough and explained concepts that were new to me. He was honest and really inspected every inch of the home.
Their price was lower than others. Until they added in the water test. Not sure if it was the lab charge, the business, or both. Though it's nice to know what's in your water.

The price increase was to cover the labs cost of the water sample and testing as well as the postage to mail the sample out.
