On time, worked well with the realtor, provided me with hard and soft copy for my records. He made sure to tell me about any real areas of concern.

He is good at inspecting houses and saved me from making a big mistake. He had pictures to back up his finding that were to the point. I would recommend Stephen bSherman because of his knowledge of the building industry and the ability make a pofessional evaluation which provided me with the necessary information to make a quality choice.
