I've owned and had 5 homes inspected in my life, and I can honestly say, no one compares to Steve. He was so helpful, explaining everything, and patient to answer all my concerns and questions. Wherever there was an issue, he had suggestions as to handle or correct or prevent it. Who does that?!!! He was there before I was, already checking on the outside of the house, and I was there 15 minutes early! Trust me when I say, this gentleman is the best home inspector you will ever find!
Sherman isn't only a good inspector but also a good advisor who helps you to understand what you e been doing for home maters.
