Steve called within twenty min. of requesting the service we agreed on time and day I pride myself on being early Steve was already there and doing his thing even before we met I was impressed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his service his price was very reasonable his paper work reflects his work. Very pleased.

Steve arrived promptly on the job. He went through the property methodically. Took the time to explain his findings in terms we could understand. He seemed almost more like a close family friend looking out for our best interest rather than a guy we've only known for a few hours. We will hire him again.
Inspector called me almost as soon as I went offline. Was able to come to do the job soon.
Very professional, knowledgable, thorough. He wrote up a detailed report of the property and backed it up with photos. Excellent value for the money. Next property I buy I will be hiring Steve for the inspection.
He was available when I needed him - which was in a hurry.
