very efficient, prompt in setting appointment and coming to house. Wrote up inspection right on site and listed all the pros and cons. Very good. Would highly recommend their service.

Everything was great about sherman inspection but i only gave it a 4.5 because i wish the report was written out, to be easier to understand. He gives you a physical copy right after the inspection and it is a checkbox list, with side notes. I have heard of other companies that gives you written out reports to better understand the inspection better when you review at home. However, Steven was very helpful while he did the inspection. I booked him 4 days ahead and he cancelled after confirming the inspection night before. Since my house closing was the day after, he caused me immense stress.
Business response:
There was no choice but to try and reschedule, Sherman inspection Inc did not cancel, but tried to reschedule. I was in an automobile accident on Rte 2 just prior to the inspection. The client was called, no answer. They were texted, late reply. The situation was totally out of my hands, apologies were given, and rescheduling was tried.
Prompt and very thorough, any questions we had were answered. Offered suggestions to any possible problems, small or large. Highly recommended.
Steve was extremely friendly and straight forward.
Very helpful and knowledgable
In one word Steve is the best,has lots of experience checked every little corner and gave me advises for some things to take care in the house...highly recommended
