The statements are false, what no one is being told, is that the buyer was late, so to keep on schedule, I started the exterior of the inspection. It should also be pointed out, that is a requirement of the board of licensure, that all inspectors show up 15 minutes before the inspection time.
He performed a very thorough inspection. He took time to explain everything and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable. He pointed out minor repairs to address after home purchase. Highly recommend.
