I hired Steve to come out and do our home inspection for a home we are planning to purchase. He did thorough work and explained everything that he discovered and gave great recommendations. He was prompt at returning phone calls and was very kind and professional. He gave me peace of mind about making this big decision for our family.
I hired him to perform an inspection on a new construction that I intended to purchase. He met my son at the property and performed an excellent inspection. I didn't expect much as it was a new construction, but that was the point for the inspection. He was very thorough, found some minor punch list issues but most importantly verified the workmanship of the builder. I am moving forward with the purchase. Well done! I would recommend him.
