Steve was on time and very personable. He answered all my questions and made suggestions on how to repair some of the small little things that were noticed during the walk through inspection. Over all I am happy with the service he provided.

Steve was right on time, communicative, compassionate and passionate about his work as an inspector. I feel he is a bit unique as he had a difficult antique Greek Revival home to inspect and he rose to the occasion beautifully! He has obviously got some experience under his belt with the homes that aren t typical stick built houses. I am grateful that he took the time and spent the energy he did to do a thorough job. In my eyes, he is reliable, professional and an overall good man!

I hire Steve to inspect the house we are buying, he was early, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. He offered advice and kept us in the loop with his findings. Would definitely recommend him to others.
Steve was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to go over everything with us as he went through our house. We had this inspection done before putting our house on the market and he was very helpful in explaining what a buyers inspector would be looking for. Highly recommended
