Mr. Sherman was very professional and didn't waste any time doing an inspection. I only needed a quick home inspection and he understood my situation and provided the inspection I needed explaining everything he was doing and offered fixes for the minor problems he found that I could do myself. Mr. Sherman arrived early for the appointment and was very professional and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone needed an inspection.
The owner Steve Sherman did the inspection. He was very thorough and explained what he was checking and the things he found as he was going through. He provided a clear list of next steps and advice. This is not a situation of "you get what you pay for" either. If that was the case his prices should be much higher. I am very pleased with the service I received. My real estate agent plans to recommend Sherman Inspections in the future, as will I. Thank you Sherman Inspections.
My husband and I arrived at the property 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. We were pleasantly surprised the inspector was already on the property reviewing the exterior part of the property. He spent over an hour reviewing the 1700 square foot property. He was able to give us insight into the cost for some concerns.
