This is the best home inspector you really wanna hire for your house , he knew every single small thing going on , he's just the best even if he asked me for double what I paid him absolutely worth it , I was almost going for a house till the last minute I got him and had to walk away from the house , thank you sherman
Did a home inspection last year and wasnt as thorough as I hoped. Was good enough for the mortgage but subsequently there were definitely things he shoild have caught. Wouldnt recommend. actually surprised they have great reviews, maybe my inspection was the anomoly.
