My husband was with Mr. Sherman for the inspection and he told me of how precise he was during the entire process. He took his time to stop between items to answer questions then fill out his paperwork before moving onto next item on list. Due to snow storm he was unable to look under a new addition, and offered to come out and view at another time. I'm sure when the snow finally melts we will give him a ring back. Showed up on time and returned calls easily. Great pricing as well. We are thankful for his assistance.
He seemed nice,gave me somewhat of a discount when Iade if point if asking if he gives discounts to Seniors & Veterans in which he agreed.Well it's been over a wk & 1/2 and I did not receive his email with the test results,he did not call,My Bank manager informed me she would finally contact him.I'm still waiting to hear from him by text,he obviously doesn't make Personal Calls!

Sorry for your disappointment, however, you were given a very substantial discount, for veteran and senior. I, did return your phone calls in a timely manner, however, after playing phone tag, I chose to deal directly with the bank, at which time, all needed paper work was emailed directly to the bank.
