Steve was very professional and explained everything he was finding. Very thorough.
Very responsive i.e. called and returned calls promptly, Was early for appt and started immediate inspection. Very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Made suggestions on improving existing conditions. Would highly recommended Steve and our realtor also was impressed and asked for his card.
He was very focused on the job, was early so he could scope out the home and educate his protege, knew about older homes (ours is a 200 yr old home), told us the things to worry about now and what we could do over time. Great find!
Steve was very thorough and explained everything he was looking at in great detail. We came away knowing a lot more about housing in general. His report was very detailed and clear. He was on-time and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a house inspector and will certainly use his services the next time I need them.
Steve was terrific. He arrived a bit early and spent 2+ hours with me going over the house and property. He gave very helpful advice and was thorough in pointing out what was good, acceptable, and needed repair or replacement. I had done my homework beforehand - - it was a house I was familiar with. There was a Title V issue with the house that is being addressed. Steve was not doing that work, but offered to review the report for me. I would recommend him highly for home inspection.
Steven was fantastic, He pointed out items that required attention and suggested ways to remedy. Very thorough and pleasant to work with.
Steven Sherman is a great home inspector. As a first time home buyer, he spent time explaining how things worked in the house and exactly what will need work in detail. He arrived 15 minutes early and stayed for 2 hours until I felt comfortable with what his assessment was. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and thorough inspector.
