Confirmed appt the previous day. On time. Explained everything he did and what he wrote on the report.
Steve was amazing from the very first phone call, I'm a first time buyer and he filled me in on everything I needed to know, he checked every little corner in and outside the house. And explained everything to me so I could understand exactly what was wrong. He was very easy to work with and I recommend him to everyone, and would hire him the next time I buy!!!
Steve was awesome. He was early, kind, and thorough. If we ever buy a house again, Steve is our man for the job! We HIGHLY recommend Sherman Inspection.
Steve was prompt, thorough, and able to do the inspection on short-notice. He answered all of our questions and gave us helpful suggestions in several areas on how to deal with some minor issues as well as proactive steps to avoid problems in the future. We were very satisfied and would recommend him without hesitation.
Steve was early and already on the job when I got there. He was extremely thorough and I could tell he was looking out for my best interest. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable asking him questions as a novice homeowner. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommended him to anyone looking for a home inspection!
Steve was thorough,courteous, delivered us a nine page inspection report and gave us great advice on problems to have addressed as well as helpful hints on the 160 yr old home we were purchasing. Next time we buy, will use Sherman inspection again.
