He explain step by step I like that ... good price and very professional
Steve is responsive, smart and authoritative. His insights are very valuable to the first time and veteran home buyer. He did a very thorough inspection and report. My only 1/2 star advice would be for him to add pictures and type the report up. This however would slow the process down, so speed to get the report is a positive.

Pictures and a typed report were never communicated to me. Had they been, I would have provide, however, it would not be an on sight report, and the cost of the inspection would have been diffrent.
Very helpful and explained everything well.
I usually don't review products, and/or services that I purchase (honestly, who has that kind of time), but Steve was so great I had to take a few minutes to share my experience. He was so very professional, punctual (I was about ten minutes early, and he was already there), knowledgeable, honest, and an all around nice guy. Steve inspected our home & a mobile home also; worked with us on the price & was very thorough . I would like to say he explains many things that we needed to know & was very patient with us- we have never owned a mobile home ...I highly recommend Steve if you need an inspection done.
