Steve was extremely professional and had meticulous attention to details that really saved our bacon when it came to a house that was supposedly 'recently renovated'! He was prompt and courteous, taking his time explaining things thoroughly--much appreciated on our part. Well worth the investment on our part, and we'd be happy to recommend him to others in the future.
Mr Sherman was great! Very attentive and responsive to questions; report received promptly and he was even able to generate an extra report when we misplaced our copy. Would definitely recommend Sherman Inspection Inc. to anyone looking. :-)
Being a first time home buyer I have/had very limited knowledge of what to look for when inspecting a house. Steve showed up ahead of schedule and walked me through every detail to the house I was looking at. He explained everything in detail and did not miss a single inch of the house. I can't say enough about Steve and all his help. I will NEVER buy a home in RI or MA without Steve doing a full walk through with me. Thank you Steve!!

Great...he did the inspection on short notice, showed up early, worked fast and explained everything he found in easily understandable verbiage. He was also pleasant and courteous. I'd absolutely recommend him and use him again.
Mr. Sherman was very thorough, and a consummate professional. I would recommend him for any inspection.
Steve went over everything and explained. He also provided ball park repair cost and when he didn't know suggested how to get estimates. The hand written report was provided at the end of the inspection would have preferred a typed version as handwriting not always clear and the inspection form is somewhat complicated . Overall a very good experience
Steve came in answered all my questions and more, I would use Steve again if I had the change
