Steve is very knowledgable and energetic to share what he finds. He has a good understanding of what is serious and what is more minor. He gives advice on how to repair issues as well. He's been there, which helps immensely. Great attitude too.
Prt of the inspctn was done,the entr otsd of th propty prir to my arrvl. The schdld inspctn was fr 11:30 bt the inspctr arrvd 1/2 erly & apprntly startd wtht me, Mst of the inspctn insd rather routine,& appeared to be thorough, until I asked abt the propane frplce. The gas to the unt had been sht off but the inspctor pssd it anywy. When we were finlly tld the wrabouts of the shut off the inspctr did nothng to ck it. It seems ck in hnd he didn't care. The inspector's rprt was a test of my ablty to rfrance codes at the bttm. $... read more

Steve was awesome. He was not in a rush and did a deep dive on the inspection. He took the time to explain everything to me answered all my questions. Great guy, friendly honest and was on time. I called Thursday had the inspection report in hand on Saturday morning.... Great service A++++++ would absolutely recommend and use again.
