Steve was both professional and thorough. He took time to explain things clearly and arrived exaclty on-time.
Steve Sherman showed up early and began the inspection with our agent before we arrived. He reviewed everything he had gone over with her when we arrived. He gave us a lot of information about various aspects of our house that we would not have otherwise known and tips about how to handle the necessary upgrades. He was very thorough within the limitations of not having any utilities turned on.
