I had a home inspection with Steve Sherman today (7/12/12) and he did a fantastic job. We looked at every inch of the house and he made some professional and personal recommedations about how to go about certain fixes that were needed. He went above and beyong my expectations and would recommend him to anyone!
I just had Steve Sherman for a new home inspection. I did not think we needed an inspection because it was for a new construction but I am happy we decided to do so. Steve was very thorough and honest in his assessment. He found a number of things wrong with the house that we had overlooked.
