Excellent service. Rescheduled a couple times to meet our needs. The only downside was that he used hand written forms instead of computer print outs for our inspection notes.
Very professional, very customer oriented.
As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about a home insoection and did not know anything. Steve Sherman made the process so easy. He showed up 15 mins early, started inspecting the outside of the house. He is very detailed oriented and very knowledgeble. The guy is so good that he can see a duct tape under a paint job. He took time explaining all his findings. When we had a question after the inspection, he left us a clear voicemail. Thanks Steve. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone.
The pre-listing home inspection was most helpful in identifying areas that we need to improve/repair before listing our house. Steve was knowledgable and professional. We learned a great deal about our home even though we are conscientious home owners and have lived in it for years.
