Steve Sherman performed my home inspection. He arrived early and was already assessing the outside of the house when I arrived. He was extremely thorough, efficient and an excellent communicator. I learned a great deal about the house, received a lot of advice as to how to improve things in the future and had a manageable list of repairs for the seller. I can't say enough about steve. great, a+. called right away, easy to get a hold of on the phone. He showed up early and did a great job. he explained everything he saw and was not in a rush to just get it done. thanks steve
He was thorough and explained any repairs that were needed. Made sure I understood what he was saying. Very detailed and arrived early.
