Steve was ahead of everyone to arrive at the property. He jumped right in and started examining it. He was very thorough and helped give us some FHA guidelines. He looked for bugs, rot, etc, as well as identified possible safety hazards. He gave us a packet of pages of his review which were very helpful. Steven Sherman wrote the book on professional customer service! He was the first to answer my request for an inspection and was performing it before anyone else even answered my request. Steve even called me early in the day when he thought he might be a few minutes late. Not hours - minutes.
