Steven was very willing to work with my tight schedule on a moments notice. Seemed to do a thorough inspection and showed and explained issues. Provided a copy of his inspection before we left the property.
Mr.Sherman told my realtor the dishwasher was broken.In the report it was listed as disconnected.This caused a real problem for me.He should have directed the comment to me.I was paying the bill.

Very pleasant experience
Steve was great and answer all my questions. He was there early doing the inspection.
Steve was fantastic. He was very thorough and even on a house with not much wrong, he was able to identify previous trouble spots that had been repaired. This was helpful in understanding the history of the house. I highly recommend Sherman Inspection.
