They were thorough and exceptional in their work. They had things they checked that I never thought of checking. Due to their expertise we did NOT buy the house because it needed so much work. He arrived on-site well ahead of schedule, was knowledgeable and methodically inspected the property and found several problem areas that were not necessarily obvious.
We were very satisfied with Steve. After initially having to reschedule the appointment to the following day, he showed up early. Steve was very thorough and patient in explaining everything to us.

If you think Steve only does local inspections, you're wrong - he came out to Worcester to inspect the condo I was buying. He was right on time and quickly moved through the inspection in a professional and courteous manner. He even stopped a couple of times to give me some advice on changing the furnace filters and educated me on acceptable levels of radon as he prepared the test for collection.
