i had a bad expereince with this company. Steven marked wrong date for redon testing so i had to pay extra money to let lad to reread the numbers; he did not tell me some interior material was used for one outdoor supporting column; he did not open all windows one by one and i could not open some of them afterwards;he did not tell me there are leaking problems in attic; his hand-writing report is very hard to read.
Awesome, Steve took the time to explain everything. Really nice guy.
Mr. Sherman did a great job and his price is very reasonable.
After the inspection was done he was not available to go over the results & did not return the phone calls.
Very knowledgeable about area and was pleasant and thorough
