Very knowledgeable and on time. Identified the priority fixes and made several helpful suggestions on how to get things done in an affordable fashion. Also had a good idea of how much each repair might cost. In depth knowledge of all things electrical, structural, and HVAC - would definitely recommend to any potential homebuyers.

Was on time and from the begging very professional and thorough from the outside of the house to the basement and into each and every room. He explained every detail so anyone can understand. Going through the house with him as beenworth every penny paid for the inspection and helped me understand every thing in the home that I am about to buy. JR
