Steven Sherman is a all around very nice guy. He was very knowledgeable and took his time showing and explaining everything I needed to know about what was going on in the home I'm looking to purchase. I really like the conclusion report he give's at the end of the inspection. It's very helpful and organized. For all the first time home buyers out there he is the one to go with.

This was a very positive experience. I contacted him for a roof inspection and he not only arrived on-time, he ended up saving me about $4000 - I had thought my roof needed replacing, but he said my roof was likely good for another 8-10 years as long as I had someone wash it down with a bleach/water mixture to get rid of the mold/algae that was starting to grow on the shaded area of the roof.
