As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions. Steve was very helpful and answered all questions we had. It took less than two hours, but he seemed to be very thorough in the inspection and is a very nice man.

This inspection took less than two hours, because, there was more than 1 foot of snow on the property, and no inspection of the exterior was possible due to the snow cover, which eliminates about 40 min of the inspection process.

I just received the information about the almost non-existent radon in our basement.
Steve was very professional, helpful, and had a lot of knowledge to share. I will certainly use him again if I need a home inspector.
Steve called to confirm the night before and was there when I arrived. He was professional and knowledgeable. I do wish his report was a little more detailed in some areas and I found it strange that he said inspectors did not go on the roof to inspect it. He have me a visual w/ binoculars. I had to have a contractor go back to the property to do that. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend him.
