Steve was punctual and very professional. He pointed out a lot of things I would never have noticed. The only "con" if you can call it that is that his inspection report was handwritten and sometimes hard to read. As I followed him through the house and took notes however, I was able to summarize the main concerns on the house that Steve brought to my attention so I could present it to the owner. I used his report as additional support.
He was very thorough in the inspection, offered suggestions , and was very professional in his manner. I am so happy I was ablle to use this service for my home inspection.

Steve was punctual and informative. He followed-up on the reports in a timely manner. For the price, it was a good inspection. A typed report with images would be more useful for negotiating with sellers, but I would expect to pay more for that.
Did a great job explaining everything and going through the house!
