It was easy to make an appointment. Inspection started on time. The report was ready at the end of the inspection (very convenient!). Steve made a number of valuable recommendations for the possible fixes. We were satified overall. The only downside is that Steve never returned a call to answer our question related to his inspection - the voice mail was left right after the inspection ended.

Steve Sherman performed an excellent inspection. He was thorough in explaining all the problems he found with the house; he was professional, articulate and polite in manner.
Steve is very knowledgable. I am looking at a house built in 1790 and I know it needs lots of work. Steve explained how systems worked, what regulations I would face getting loans, and what was good and bad. When my wife joined us, he took the time to re-explain to her. I was not sure I would get much new information on the house given it's poor condition. Now I will consider calling Steve again when I work with contractors to ensure quality.
